The Ultimate Italian Sandwich

Get ready to make The Full Italian the star of your menu! With its bold provolone, velvety prosciutto, and delightful sundried peppers, this sandwich is sure to captivate your customers' taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. thinly sliced Vantia Provolone

  • 2.5 oz. thinly sliced Vantia Prosciutto di Parma - 14 Months

  • 2 oz. thinly sliced Vantia Deluxe Ham

  • 2 oz. thinly sliced Sopressata

  • 2 oz. thinly sliced Vantia Mortadella

  • 1.5 oz. thinly sliced Pepperoni

  • 2 oz. Vantia Sundried Peppers

  • A small handful of the lettuce of your choice (chopped iceberg is excellent!)

  • Balsamic Glaze

  • 1 Seeded Loaf

Instructions:

  1. Cut open your seeded loaf.

  2. Layer with Vantia Sundried Peppers and lettuce. Season the lettuce with salt and pepper, and a sprinkling of vinegar if you wish.

  3. Add Pepperoni and Sopressata.

  4. Drape on Vantia Mortadella, Vantia Deluxe Ham, and Vantia Prosciutto di Parma.

  5. Cheese Time! Add the provolone

  6. Drizzle some Balsamic Glaze.

  7. Cut in half, and it’s ready to serve!
