Zucchini Flatbread with Vantia Sun-Dried Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pre-Cooked Flatbread

  • 1/2 medium-sized Zucchini, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 Mozzarella Ball, thinly sliced

  • Vantia Sun-Dried Peppers

  • A handful of basil leaves

  • Vantia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. Top the flatbread with slices of zucchini and mozzarella.

  2. Lightly drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, season with salt and pepper, and broil in your oven until mozzarella is melted and zucchini is lightly browned.

  3. Top with Vantia Sun-Dried Peppers and chopped basil.

  4. Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and enjoy immediately.
