Creamy and sweet, Vantia Ricotta is never chalky or overly salty like other brands on the market. It's delicious shaved over salads or fresh pasta, or baked into pasta dishes and casseroles. We’re particularly fond of shaving it on top of a classic dish of pasta alla norma (packed full of glistening eggplant chunks), but it’s also delicious on top of grilled vegetables.
