Who we are

Our story began in 1926, when our parent company, Musco Food, was born in New York City. The Musco family had been sourcing and selling cheese and other specialties in their native island of Sicily for decades, and decided to take the leap of faith over the Atlantic and settle in the bustling, chaotic Little Italy of lower Manhattan.

Almost one century later, the Musco family imports and distributes the very best specialty cured meats, cheeses, and fine pantry goods across the whole North-East of the United States. Vantia is the fruit of the family’s dedication (and many, many tastings and arguments) to offer some of the best products they’ve come across during their visits to suppliers near and far.
